Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a Government purpose (office accommodation, field base and information centre) reserve to a local purpose (site for community buildings) reserve and further vests the reserve in the
Clutha District Council in trust for that purpose.
