Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive Officer of the Napier City Council hereby notifies that on
4 April 2007, the Napier City Council passed the following resolution:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Napier City Council resolves that the land held by the said district in fee simple and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be, and is declared to be a Local Purpose (Drainage) Reserve and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be, and is declared to be a Local Purpose (Passive Recreation) Reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
