Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, notifies that the following resolutions were passed by the Hurunui District Council on 2 March 2007.
First Resolution:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hurunui District Council resolve that the land described below shall be, and are declared to be Local Purpose (Community Use) Reserves within the meaning of the Reserves Act 1977."
