The Matamata-Piako District Council notifies that the following resolution was passed by the council on the 26th day of April 2007:
“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977 the Matamata-Piako District Council authorises the exchange of that part
of the recreation reserve described in the first schedule for the land described in the second schedule.
First Schedule
Lot 2 DP 377125 (Part of Lot 55 DP 357494)
Second Schedule
Lot 3 DP 377125 (Part of Lot 30 DP 357494, being part 16 Cooper Crescent Morrinsville)”.
