Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice are to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):
(a) the land firstly and secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN402/211, subject to mortgage B657683.2;
(b) the land thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN402/213, subject to mortgage 6258180.3;
(c) the land fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN57A/560, subject to mortgage B784939.2;
(d) the land fifthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 145142, subject to mortgage 6854228.1
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
