Under section 6 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations and Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the Waimangu Scenic Reserve comprised and described in the New Zealand Gazette,
17 September 1981, No. 108, page 2581, (Document H306305) and the New Zealand Gazette, 17 July 1980, No. 82, page 2133, (Document H306305) is amended to that shown in the Schedule hereto from 24 September 2006.
