Under section 6 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations and Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the Lake Tutaeinanga Government Purpose Wildlife Management Reserve comprised and described in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 May 1986, No. 78, page 2230, (Document H661268) is amended to that shown in the Schedule hereto from 24 September 2006.
