Under section 6 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations and Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the Lake Tarawera Scenic Reserve comprised and described in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 August 1979, No. 70, page 2291, (Document H247860) is amended to that shown in the Schedule hereto from 24 September 2006.
