Under section 6 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations and Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the Lake Rerewhakaaitu Recreation Reserve comprised and described in the
New Zealand Gazette, 27 June 1985, No. 122, page 2718, (Document H599800) is amended to that shown in the Schedule hereto from 24 September 2006.
