Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation,
the Gisborne District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Gisborne District Council
on 18 December 2005, declaring the land in the Schedule
to this notice to be local purpose (botanical gardens) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
