Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated
29 January 2007, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 February 2007, No. 16, page 355, by adding the following words to the end of the first paragraph
“and is to remain vested in the Hutt City Council.”
