Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Porirua City Council declares the land described in
the Schedule to this notice to be held and administered
by the council as local purpose reserve (walkway/cycleway) for the purposes and in the manner specified in section 23
of the Reserves Act 1977.
