Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rotorua District Council, under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, authorised by resolution on 20 February 2007 the exchange of that area of local purpose (road) reserve described in the First Schedule for the area of land described in the Second Schedule.

First Schedule
451 square metres, being Lot 5 DP 377788 and being part Lot 260 DP S33786 (all Computer Freehold Register SA95635).
Second Schedule
455 square metres, being Lot 6 DP 377788 and being part Lot 2 DP S62632 (all Computer Freehold Register SA51B/614), subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.
