Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Kapiti Coast District Council declares the land described in
the Schedule to this notice to be held and administered
by the council as recreation reserve for the purposes and in the manner specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.

Estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 2656 square metres, being part Lots 21 and 22 DP 27407, being all the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register WN20B/815.
