(a) Pursuant to section 116(1), declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and to be set apart for recreation reserve and to remain vested in the Waikato District Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 116(1), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and to remain vested in the Waikato District Council.
(c) Pursuant to section 116(1), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and to remain vested in the Waikato District Council.
