Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Principal Administrative Officer of the New Plymouth District Council hereby notifies that on 18 February 2003, the
New Plymouth District Council passed the following resolution:
“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council resolves that the land held by the said city
and contained in gazette notice 7227884.1 and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and is hereby declared to be a Local Purpose (Historic) Reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
