Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland City Council hereby authorises the exchange of land described in the First Schedule hereto, being St Georges Recreation Reserve, for land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
