Pursuant to section 48 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares
that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, right of way easements in perpetuity described in the First Schedule are granted over the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto and shall be granted in favour of
the lands described in the Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

The rights and powers implied in and attaching to a right of way as set out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, under the heading “Right of Way” as if the same were fully set out herein.

Fifth Schedule
Allotment 512 Matata Parish (Computer Freehold Register SA20C/1068) and part Allotment 889 Matata Parish (section 4 of the State Forest Amendment Act 1973, New Zealand Gazette, 8 July 1920, No. 65, page 2107 and section 61(1) of the Conservation Act 1987 deemed Conservation Park).
