Pursuant to sections 20 and 52(1) of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the land area described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the purpose of a local purpose (recreation) reserve, subject to Part 9 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1990, and the land described herein shall become vested in the Central Otago District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
