Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice,
to be set apart for Maori school and to remain vested
in Her Majesty The Queen, to which the easement in Proclamation 14673 (New Zealand Gazette, 25 August 1955, No. 55, page 1325), shall remain appurtenant.
