Pursuant to section 338(5)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the area and land district in respect of the Maori reservation over the land known as Mataitai B2B Block as set out in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 April 2003, No. 34, page 912, and then substituted in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 May 2003, No. 57, page 1620, to be known as Mataitai B2 Block, be amended to appear as follows:

Schedule
Part of that piece of land situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Wairoa Survey District and described as follows:
Area m2 Description
8094 (more or less) Part Mataitai B2 Block, as created by Partition Order dated 21 June 1950.”
