Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
and Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of
the Act.
