Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for river control purposes and shall vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
