Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice and
the airspace above the reduced Mean Sea Levels of 14.60, 15.55 and 16.07 identified on SO 344015, and described in the Second Schedule are hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
