Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 28 of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to
that effect having been entered into, the easement
described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired over
the land of Mathias Newton Carnell (“the transferor”), together with the rights and powers as set out in the
Fourth Schedule of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002,
and shall vest in the Crown for use in connection with
a road (“the transferee”) on the date of publication of
this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

A right to drain stormwater easement in gross over that part of Section 1 SO 70785 (part Computer Freehold Register 53581); marked “A” “B” and “C” on SO 70785 (called
“the easement land”).
