Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for commercial purposes and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council, the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council, and the land described in the Third Schedule of
this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 50, declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Fourth Schedule of this notice is hereby acquired for commercial purposes and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
