Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Kapiti Coast District Council declares the land described in
the Schedule to this notice to be held and administered
by the council as local purpose reserve (cemetery) for the purposes and in the manner specified in section 23 of
the Reserves Act 1977.

Estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1.2533 hectares, being part Ngarara West A 42 Block and being all the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register WN182/129.
