Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 12A/419, subject to section 308(4) of the Local Government Act 1974 (refer DP 20531) and mortgage 7075075.2.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and when stopped, areas “E” and “F” on SO 20437 to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 12A/419, subject to section 308(4) of the Local Government Act 1974 (refer DP 20531) and mortgage 7075075.2.
