Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act
1993 and in accordance with a recommendation made
by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport,
I, The Honourable Anand Satyanand, Governor-General
of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

Part Hiruharama-Ponui Block roadway containing an area
of 4.3172 hectares as defined on ML366512.
