Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Rodney District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on
27 July 2006, classifying the parcel of land in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves
Act 1977.
