Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Rodney District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on 24 August 2006, declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 (affects part formerly in certificate of title NA9A/709).
