Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that:
(a) The area of stopped road firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 285541.
(b) The area of stopped road secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 285542, subject to mortgage 7107119.5.
