to be set apart for housing purposes, subject to a sewer right (in gross) over part marked "D" on DP S20095 in favour of the Paeroa Borough Council created by transfer H051843.3 (such easement being subject to section 351(1)(a) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954), and shall remain vested in the Crown.
