Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations/Technical Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose (accessway) reserve over
the land as described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Whakatane District Council in such a manner, at a price, and on the terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.
