Harness Racing New Zealand Incorporated hereby gives notice, under section 27 of the Racing Act 1971, that at a special meeting of the Kawatiri Trotting Club (“the club”) held on 26 June 2007, it was resolved that the club be dissolved, and that the assets of the club be transferred to the Westport Trotting Club Inc for the purposes of racing.
On 11 July 2007, Harness Racing New Zealand Incorporated approved the dissolution of the club and the transfer of the club’s assets to the Westport Trotting Club Inc.
