Practising Certificate
On 17 April 2007, the Medical Council of New Zealand ordered that the practising certificate of
Dr Rhys Michael Cullen, medical practitioner, of Auckland
be suspended.
This order was made pursuant to section 69(2)(a) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003.
This is an interim order pending further investigation.
The effect of this order is that Dr Rhys Michael Cullen is not entitled to practise medicine.
The suspension will remain in effect until such time as it is revoked by the Medical Council of New Zealand.
This notice is published pursuant to section 157 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003.
