Pursuant to section 11 of the Commodity Levies (Satsuma Mandarins) Order 2003, Satsuma mandarin growers and collection agents are advised that the levy rate for the year ending 31 March 2008 was decided at the annual general meeting held on 7 September 2006.
The levy rate for Satsuma mandarins will remain set at one cent per kilogram.
