Pursuant to section 167(1)(h) of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 12 December 2007 of the Animal Products (Dairy Industry (IMA Certification) Regulations 2000, Circular No. 59: Quota Compliance Programmes) Amendment Notice 2007 which comes into force on 1 January 2008.
