Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 October 1997, which
was granted under those Regulations to Michel Marchand
in respect of Coronet Peak Skiwiland (80006), situated at Coronet Peak Ski Area, Coronet Peak, Queenstown.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
