Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Gisborne District Court
on 4 December 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1983 Holden Commodore, Registration No. KF1573.
Against: Torin Rerekura.
