Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 February 2004, which
was granted under those Regulations to Elizabeth Garbutt
in respect of St Peters Childcare Centre (40074), situated at 130 Spring Street, Tauranga.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
