Pursuant to section 23(3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, David Cunliffe, Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby revoke the notice dated the 21st day of September 2005 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 September 2005, No. 165, page 4141, which prohibits the prescribing of all controlled drugs (including methylphenidate and benzodiazepines) by Dr Ralph Brock-Smith, medical practitioner of Wellington.
