Pursuant to section 48(3) of the Medicines Act 1981, I, David Cunliffe, Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby revoke the notice dated the 21st day of September 2005 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 September 2005, No. 165, page 4141, which prohibited the prescribing of the prescription medicine zopiclone by Dr Ralph Brock-Smith, medical practitioner of Wellington.
