Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 28 November 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1986 Ford Fairmont XF, Registration No. MS5520.
Against: Frank Alan Bush.
1991 Honda Accord, Registration No. RB4855.
Against: Daniel Tainui Hesp.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4438) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
