to be members of the Employment Relations Authority
for four-year terms commencing on 1 October 2007 and ceasing on 30 September 2011; and
Alastair Dumbleton
to be a member of the Employment Relations Authority
for a four-year term commencing on 19 December 2007 and ceasing on 18 December 2011; and
James Crichton
to be a member of the Employment Relations Authority
for a four-year term commencing on 1 January 2008 and ceasing on 31 December 2011.
