Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, The Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance, hereby give notice that on 18 October 2007, I gave approval, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for Housing New Zealand Corporation to provide guarantees
to Weathertight Homes Resolution Service claimants and that on 1 November 2007, The Honourable Chris Carter, Minister of Housing, gave approval, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for Housing New Zealand Corporation to provide guarantees to Weathertight Homes Resolution Service claimants.
