Under Regulation 20A(2)(f) of the Civil Aviation Charges Regulations (No 2) 1991, I specify that the amount of the increase effected by the Civil Aviation Charges Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2007, that is $1.09, in the domestic passenger security charge prescribed in Regulation 20A(1), is not payable in respect of any passenger carried on a domestic sector of an air operation conducted in New Zealand who purchased a ticket before 15 November 2007 for travel in the period commencing on 13 December 2007 and ending on 15 May 2008.
This notice comes into force on 13 December 2007.
