Under Regulation 20(2)(g) of the Civil Aviation Charges Regulations (No 2) 1991, I specify that the amount of the increase effected by the Civil Aviation Charges Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2007, that is $2.44, in the international passenger security charge prescribed in Regulation 20(1), shall not be payable in respect of any international civil air passenger who purchased a ticket before 15 November 2007 for departure from New Zealand in the period commencing on 13 December 2007 and ending on 15 May 2008.
This notice comes into force on 13 December 2007.
