Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 21 November 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1992 Nissan Silvia, Registration No. AGF509.
Against: Zhiqiang Bian.
1996 Toyota Rav4, Registration No. BNG845.
Against: Helen Leigh Blanchett.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4438) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
