Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has reappointed
Kenneth John Warren, of Wellington
as a member of the Accounting Standards Review Board, established under the Financial Reporting Act 1993, for
a term of five years commencing from 6 November 2007 and expiring on 5 November 2012.
